Pescatarian Blend

2-3lbs of Fresh fish (Salmon, Sea Bass, Tilapia, Halibut, etc.)

½ cup of soy sauce or (aminos natural soy sauce)

1/2 tsp of Mr Bingham’s

⅓ cup Coconut oil

⅓ cup honey or brown sugar

 

*Metabolism Boost add

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

 

Mix all together in ziplock bag making sure seasoning is all over the fish.

Grilled to preferred personal liking or pan fried with cover at medium heat.

Usually served with rice and

steamed vegetables.

 

Thermometer should read about 120-125 degrees for a rarer salmon and up to 145 for well done.
