Great with most vegetables!
7 oz. of vegetables (any vegetables, mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, etc.)
1/2 tsp. of Mr. Bingham’s seasoning
1/2 TBS of Coconut oil or Olive oil
1/2 TBS minced garlic

1/2 TBS of apple cider vinegar
Preheat saucepan medium heat
Add coconut oil or olive oil
Add minced garlic, cook garlic till a tan color
Add Mr. Bingham’s seasoning
Cook till preferred color and texture and serve.
